Colorado Nonprofit Pro Bono Legal Group
Access to the legal assistance your nonprofit needs!
The Colorado Nonprofit Pro Bono Legal Group (Pro Bono Legal Group) is an initiative of the Colorado Nonprofit Association, Colorado Lawyers Committee, and ProBonoUSA to effectively match nonprofit organizations in need of legal assistance with volunteer lawyers who can help.
Nonprofit Members of the Colorado Nonprofit Association may access this program whenever a legal need arises. Nonmember 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations operating in Colorado are welcome to access this program once annually. Organizations must attain 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status prior to requesting pro bono legal services. To learn more about the many benefits of membership, visit our Resources page!
