Type of Services Offered: Personnel Management Systems provides a service as an outsourced Human Resource Department exclusively for smaller companies; typically 200 employees or less. We have been providing this service in the smaller company market for 20+ years. We are not a PEO (employee leasing or co-employer organization), nor are we a staffing company. We are a full service, turnkey HR department whose service offering is set up to look and feel exactly like you had your own HR department, only delivered at a sizably reduced cost compared with staffing your own in-house HR function. Currently, 40% of our clients are nonprofit organizations.
