In this session we will define the key functions of a nonprofit board, show how to build a board with the right mix of skills and experience, and define how the board integrates with each stage of the nonprofit lifecycle.

Join us for lunch while hearing from a panel of both state and local funders to gain perspective on best practices when it comes to applying for and keeping funding. This facilitated conversation will be an interactive experience between audience members and panelists.
