Areas of ResponsibilityCompleting SAFE Home Study Evaluations that meet state, USCIS and foreign country requirements. Assessing prospective adoptive families in order to facilitate matching with children. Working with out of state child placement agencies. Coordinating with state licensing and approving entities. Requirements/QualificationsA Master's Degree from an accredited program of social work. Completion of SAFE home study training, or willingness to complete immediately. Two years experience in child placement, adoption, foster care or similar children's services. Satisfactory results from CBI or FBI fingerprint check, and no record of child abuse or neglect. Compensation/BenefitsThis position may be full-time or part-time. Full time employees are eligible for IAN benefits and compensation. Salary is negotiable depending on experience.
