A lot of nonprofits are small organizations with no human resources staff. This doesn’t change the fact that compliance with employment laws and great people practices are crucial to organizational success and maximizing community impact. In this training, leaders of small nonprofits will learn the prerequisites for employment law compliance and crucial basics for attracting, growing, and retaining great talent.
