Our Cancellation Policy
It is important to the success of this program that registrants who sign up, show up. Members, if you register and fail to attend more than one training in a calendar year, we will invoice you or your organization the nonmember fee for your second missed training. If you cannot make this training, please do one of the following:
- Cancel your registration at least 3 business days before the training
- Find another employee of your organization/business to take your place
Also, completion of Colorado Nonprofit Association's post-training evaluation is required for courses to count toward Excellence in Principles & Practices recognition. You will have 30 days to complete this evaluation.
Free trainings do not include our cooperative partnerships or major events including, but not limited to: Colorado Nonprofit Week Awards Luncheon, Tech Summit, Leadership Gatherings, Fall Conference & Exhibition, C(3) Forum, Collaborative Networking and other partner events. As always, members continue receiving preferred pricing on these events.
