We the Action (WTA)
We the Action provides pro-bono legal support for any 501C3, C4 or C6 or strongly intending to be a 501C3. The process involves the organization completing a short application form, then a WTA staff member will reach out, via email, to schedule a background call and a short diligence review (from public records). This process usually takes ~ 1 week if the organization is responsive to WTA requests to schedule a meeting.
Please note: Organizations must have the call with the WTA staff member before their legal request is shared with the attorney network. Please make sure to respond to requests to schedule your initial meeting.
