Areas of Responsibility


Bachelor’s degree in education, human services or related area or equivalent relevant experience.  Management and/or supervisory experience required. Experience with successful development and implementation of large projects required. Camp oversight experience preferred. Experience with youth and youth programming required.  Proficiency in computer skills and related word processing, data management, and web-based computer programs.


JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                                                    

Design, deliver, and evaluate camp program that meets the needs and interests of the camp’s target populations and ensure their delivery in a safe and quality manner. Oversees the daily operation of the weeklong Camp POSTCARD including program, camper, staff and volunteer supervision.  Prepare and maintain documentation and compliance with agency and funding sources.  Assist in coordinating logistics, operations and reporting requirements for the Head Start and other Early Childhood Education programs. Coordinate holiday program for the agency including “adopt-a-family” project.  Work with volunteers and community organizations to increase community involvement and relationship building.


SALARY:                   $20.61 per hour


HOURS:                      Monday - Friday 8am – 5pm
