ai confluence program
AI Confluence is a 12-week, fully virtual cohort program that helps nonprofits build the judgment and readiness needed to use AI responsibly. Rather than focusing on tools, the program centers on understanding how AI behaves in real-world contexts, enabling organizations to make thoughtful, ethical, and strategic decisions about adoption.
Nonprofit Executive Leadership Retreat
Join a curated group of nonprofit Executive Directors and CEOs from across Colorado for a three-day, immersive experience focused on building trusted relationships, strengthening leadership capacity, and creating space to think, reflect, and grow.
This retreat is an opportunity to build lasting relationships with peers, strengthen your leadership through facilitated coaching and real-world conversations, and step away from day-to-day demands through guided experiential learning designed to create space for clarity, perspective, and renewal.
Connecting Colorado
Connecting Colorado is a series of regional events connecting nonprofits across Colorado. Over 600 nonprofit professionals, business and community leaders, volunteers, board members and elected officials come together for learning, connecting and idea sharing.
Nonprofit Bootcamps
Join us for a one-day workshop on the pillars needed to run a successful nonprofit organization in locations across the state. These in-person events will be led by a variety of nonprofit experts covering the basics of development, governance, evaluation, operations, finance, and strategic planning.
Roundtable cohorts
Being a nonprofit professional is hard, and having someone in a similar role to collaborate with is crucial. Our Roundtable Cohorts are an opportunity for nonprofit professionals to come together bi-monthly based on topic area to learn with and from each other.

Virtual Programs
We offer virtual trainings throughout the year to help nonprofit organizations build capacity for their staff. These trainings, which are free to members, are led by nonprofit and business experts who have extensive experience in the nonprofit sector.
