Job Description: 

TCC is looking for an outpatient clinician who is passionate about ensuring kids and families get the services they need. This new position will serve children, adolescents, young adults, adults and families with complex trauma, mental health and behavioral needs. The clinician will collaboratively build a caseload through a newly forming Family Center and Manna Connect with some referrals from Tennyson Center. This generalist position will work at two locations: 1) Douglas County’s developing Family Center in Castle Rock, CO and 2) Manna Connect’s new location in northern Douglas County. Telehealth will also be a mode of service delivery. This full-time position will be a collaborative, engaged part of the Family Center and Manna Connect, supported by Tennyson Center. 

Areas of Responsibility
  • Provide evidenced-based, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive therapy services to children, adolescents, adults and families
  • Complete clinical assessments, individualized treatment plans, and clinical progress notes according to Medicaid documentation requirements
  • Provide care coordination and resourcing support to clients
  • Carry a caseload appropriate to maintain 30 hours of scheduled appointments per week 
  • Collaborate with community partners and participate as part of multi-disciplinary teams
  • Engage with Family Center and Manna Connect staff as part of a dynamic team 
Requirements/Qualifications
  • Master of Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy or a graduate degree in a related field
  • Licensed in the state of Colorado (LCSW, LPC, LMFT) Previous outpatient experience required
  • Previous community-based services preferred Trauma informed approach and experience required Willingness to take initiative and strong interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of and ability to implement conflict resolution and crisis intervention skills Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to prioritize tasks, and independently manage own schedule
  • All candidates must have a valid Colorado driver license. All positions require criminal CBI background check, FBI fingerprint check, State of CO child abuse check, DMV driving record check, pre-employment drug test, pre-employment physical
Compensation/Benefits
Compensation: 

Salary Range:$49,000.00 To $55,000.00 Annually
