Edwina Salazar

Executive Director


A Colorado native, Edwina has been the executive director of Outreach United Resource Center (OUR Center) for 17 years. Prior to OUR Center, she worked as the neighborhood resources coordinator with the city of Longmont and as the Longmont – A Community that Cares project coordinator. In Wyoming, she held positions as a clinical social worker, specializing in health care social work and worked as executive director of the Wyoming Chapter of the National Association of Social Workers for more than a decade.
