Through personal volunteerism and alliances with government agencies, Kristen Sundin devotes herself to developing strong, vibrant communities. She’s quick to point out that community plays a central role in everyday life, from our friends, family and careers to the places we choose to live, work and call home. Kristen’s commitment to community is further evidenced by her work with state and local governments, hospitals, educational institutions, non-profit organizations and other public entities. Together with Key Government Finance, she assists clients in the acquisition of capital equipment, real property and property improvements, as well as project financing and refinancing. Kristen and a dedicated KGF team of finance, legal and tax professionals provide seamless delivery and execution – for both tax-exempt and taxable financing of community ventures.
