  • Use scheduling software to ensure posts are published in a timely manner
  • Track performance of posts and compile reports and recommendations for best-performing content

 QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Passion for DSF’s mission and values
  • Interest in working with social media, communications, and/or graphic design
  • Excellent copywriting skills
  • Positive attitude and a sense of humor

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

TIME COMMITMENT:

  • 10-15 hours a week

  • Develop skills in Canva, Hootsuite, Instagram, and other industry-relevant platforms.
  • Gain workplace experience, learn about best practices, and build creativity in communications, social media management, content creation, digital marketing, and analytics.
  • Learn from a small, dedicated team of communications and advising professionals.
  • Attend gatherings with the opportunity to network with individuals and organizations in the higher education and/or nonprofit sector, as appropriate opportunities arise (post pandemic or virtually).
