Areas of Responsibility


Bachelor’s degree in human services field or the equivalent related experience.  Two years in human service related field.  Excellent interpersonal skills and good organizational skills.  Requires own transportation, valid driver’s license and up-to-date insurance.  Experienced in working with computers; knowledge of Windows environment preferred.  Prefer bi-lingual (Spanish) language skills. 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:                         

The Case Manager is responsible for assessing the needs of the homeless women referred to and residing at Irving Street Women’s Residence.  Works with treatment providers and others to assist women in stabilizing and maintaining stability.  Assists them in developing goals, obtaining income, setting financial plans and reuniting with family.  Links women to community resources to assist them in exiting homelessness permanently.  The position requires ongoing interaction with residents, staff, volunteers and others in the community.



Salary:$17.88 per hour


Work Schedule:Tuesday - Saturday 2:00pm - 10:00pm
