Job Title: Children, Youth and Families Case Manager
Hours of Work: 40 hours per week. This person will typically work within the hours of 8:30 - 5:00 with some flexibility as determined by the supervisor and employee. Some evening/weekend work will be required. Regular and timely attendance is an essential function of this job.
Reports to: Children, Youth and Families Program Manager
Worksite: Variety of EFAA Locations throughout Boulder County

Position Summary
The goal of this position is to foster resiliency and strong, positive social and emotional development of children experiencing homelessness. This child, youth and family focused case manager provides strengths based, trauma informed case management supportive services to low-income and ethnically diverse children & their parents residing in our housing programs. They work closely with the Housing Case Manager at each site to assure that needs relating to children and parenting are being met. A key piece of the role is to serve as an advocate for children and directly link families with other resources in the community.Additionally, the CYF Case Manager acts to network, collaborate, and build on-going relationships with community agencies. The focus areas for EFAA’s CYF are access to health care, well-being, parenting skills, child enrichment, and school success.
