Job Description: 

Park County Senior Coalition, a non-profit organization whose vision is to imporve the quality of life for seniors in Park County, seeks an Executive Director with strong leadership skills who will be responsible for planning, organizing and overseeing day to day operation in the rural Fairplay, Colorado, office.  This full time position requires excellent attention to detail in managing the organization consistent with our mission to assist senior citizens of Park County to remain in their homes as long as they wish and are able.  .

Areas of Responsibility

Bookkeeping, staff management and development , preparation of monthly reports, reporting directly to and working with the Board of Directors, day to day operation of the rural Fairplay, Colorado office

Requirements/Qualifications
  • Three to five years of progressively responsible experience or related health management fields.
  • Bachelor's degree in management, health care, or some other professional field is required.
  • Director must be able to travel to client's residences semi-annually for assessment and have a reliable four wheel or all wheel drive auto with required insurance and a current driver's license.
  • Computer literacy and ability to learn software programs is critical.
  • Grant writing, development of an annual budget, searching for funding sources for programs
  • Superior writing and communcation skills
Compensation/Benefits

Salary range of $38,000 to $46,000 annually based on experience and education.
