Manages and maintains History Colorado's donor and membership records using Raiser's
Performs a broad range of tasks, including data entry, data management, data clean-up,
queries, data overlays and various reports.
Generates reports accurately, analyze relevant data, provide timely financial information
pertaining to membership and fundraising.
Maintains a tight integration with the Gateway/Galaxy Point of Sale System.
Leads all efforts to maintain integrity of data inputs/outputs by utilizing and
communicating protocols for data entry, data extraction and reporting.
Produces confidential reports of prospect research to be shared with fundraisers and other
staff as appropriate.
Plans, organizes, and evaluates the database (security, supplemental modules, campaigns
and funds, routine maintenance, etc.)
Monitors and maintains the integrity of the database as it is accessed and used by staff
throughout History Colorado.
Clarifies database needs for each division, determine what functions are to be used,
establishes security rights, and provides system training as necessary.
Works with team members help troubleshoot, investigate and resolve various membership,
point of sale, donation issues.
Assists with other areas of membership, development and guest services to ensure the
accomplishment of History Colorado's goals and objectives.
