To seize opportunity to help people toward stability in the most effective way by welcoming them and helping them with the next best step in seeking positive change. The Service Coordinator skillfully connects visitors and inquiries (walk-in, phone, email and referral) to the services and resources they need both internally and externally. The Service Coordinator also handles intake and appointment processes for program participants, and they initiate appropriate processes for internal referral (to Family Services, Immigration Services), as well as external referrals. 


Position Classification


Full Time: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Areas of Responsibility
  • Fully bilingual Spanish/English required.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or comparable work experience.
  • Customer Service experience preferred.
  • Work with diverse populations to include socio-economic diversity a plus.
