The Site Coordinator will assist in the daily functions of department operations, coordinate and develop donation resources, and provide goods and consumables to meet the needs of families in coordination with other staff in support of healthy engagement of clients. 


To partner with the Family Connections Director in the internal/external responsibilities of department programs to include client, project, and partner management, particularly around services to our Spanish-speaking clients. Site Coordinator will coordinate these services with the Manager and other Life Coaches and participate in case conferencing for families with ongoing needs or requests that are not within usual guidelines. 

Areas of Responsibility
  • Associates degree preferred, or currently enrolled in higher education classes in human services field.
  • Two years of experience providing human services or customer service.
  • Fully Bilingual English/Spanish required.
  • Fingerprint and background clearance required.
  • Transportation and valid driver’s license required.

Position Classification:

Full Time: 40 hours per week

Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 5:00 pm
