Provide IPV survivors with immediate and ongoing bilingual support and assistance throughout civil and criminal legal proceedings.
Connect survivors with appropriate referral and resource information pertaining to civil, criminal, and immigration processes.
Manage protection order clinics, ensuring survivors receive advocacy at civil protection order hearings, and assist in training and supporting volunteers.
Assist with trainings to community groups, law enforcement and justice system personnel, and other victim service providers, on legal advocacy, domestic violence, and social justice to improve system response for survivors, especially immigrant, limited English proficiency, QTBIPOC, and LGBTQI+ survivors.
Collaborate with immigrant advocacy groups, legal advocacy organizations, other service provider agencies, and social justice groups to improve community awareness and response to IPV.
