During my time at TTUHSC, I was the voice and representative for the Allied Health Sciences students among the Med School, and Nursing School, and Allied Health Sciences. I was responsible for the start of the BeTheMatch drive through which I was matched 4 years later, donated bone marrow and later donating a kidney to the same individual. On the scholarship committee I was responsible for our scholarship drive and also determining the qualifications and selecting the individual scholarships awarded.
