The Nonprofit Governance Training Series provides nonprofit leaders, both Board and staff with solid proven concepts for developing a great governing board. The series consists of five separate two-hour presentations.

Great governing boards serve as enthusiastic advocates for resources in the community. This training identifies why board members are reluctant to engage in fundraising and provides 10 concrete steps to transform them into strong advocates. Attendees will learn how to remove the fear of fundraising and find appropriate ways to get their governing board engaged.
