Federal grant noncompliance can be a serious issue that can result anywhere from audit findings to having to return funds. Knowing and understanding the compliance requirements helps maximize the impact of every dollar you receive. In this 3 part webinar series, we will discuss key things to keep in mind when developing a Grants Compliance and Management Program.


There are a number of administrative requirements that come with receiving federal funding. In this session, we will cover some of those compliance requirements including procurement, subrecipient monitoring, reporting, cash management, cost sharing and matching and program income.

Rebecca is a principal in the public sector group at CLA (CliftonLarsonAllen). She has over sixteen years of public accounting experience and working exclusively with nonprofit, higher education, and government organizations.  She specializes in grant compliance, including policy and procedure development, as well as single audits, and has extensive knowledge in related regulations and requirements.    Rebecca also serves as a firm wide assurance resource where she oversees compliance with professional standards, provides technical assistance, and assists with training curriculum.
