Creating an environment in which the asking-for and sharing-of gender pronouns is encouraged and normalized is a crucial step in ensuring your organization will retain employees and members who are trans and nonbinary, as well as those employees who value a work environment that is inclusive and affirming. This webinar provides an introduction to attendees as to how to incorporate using accurate gender pronouns when engaging with employees, co-workers, and members into the organizational culture.
