Setting Salaries with Intention: Putting the Salary & Benefits Survey into Practice

November 3rd 2021 10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Webinar
Fee $ 25.00

How can we be more intentional about setting salaries for employees? There are a number of compensation reports available that help set salaries at market value, but how can nonprofits review beyond simple market value comparisons? Exploring your organization’s priorities, the current market, and the actual responsibilities of the position can help a salary better reflect the position, and accordingly the talent behind the position. Join Colorado Nonprofit Association to learn ways you can be more intentional about setting salaries and use the data from the Colorado Nonprofit Salary & Benefits Survey in meaningful ways.

This workshop will include practical information, brief activities to help you apply what you’ve learned, and time for discussion at the end to hear from others about their considerations and practices within their organizations.
