Event Description

Robin Szeliga, Founder and CEO of Right Action Consulting began her coaching and leadership development practice after twenty-five years in business where she was a CFO and COO of both public companies and non-profits. Her career in financial and operational management and ultimately the executive suite gives her unique insight to real world leadership and business challenges. Having worked with leaders around the world, in companies ranging from Fortune 100 to start-ups, Robin has  encountered a variety of leadership styles and management practices. She believes that a competitive advantage is created when highly energized leaders focus on results while shaping an environment where  people thrive and show up at their best. Robin is passionate about helping leaders gain clarity of purpose, articulate their strategy, develop their people and get results.  

Robin conducts leadership and team workshops and is a sought after, dynamic public speaker who has addressed audiences at leadership retreats, investor conferences, continuing professional education forums and on university campuses. Her presentations are described as energizing, thought provoking and real. 

Rochelle Finzel is the founder and owner of Finzel Consulting, devoted to helping nonprofits achieve social change through leadership coaching, team building and community collaboration. Previously she spent nearly 20 years in the nonprofit and public sectors working to advance policies and programs that support opportunities for all. She has worked on the front lines of social service organizations and has led national bipartisan efforts to address challenges related to poverty, including early care and education policies, workforce development and higher education and public assistance programs. She has held leadership positions at community nonprofits, state policy organizations and national level associations. 

She is a skilled facilitator, big picture thinker and relationship builder. She has degrees in social work, leadership and community development and a professional coaching certificate.
