Rich Waterman is a former investment banker having worked for over ten years on the trading floors of JP Morgan Chase and Citibank. He was European head of Derivatives Structuring for JP Morgan Chase. Rich is an entrepreneur with over fifteen years of experience running his own businesses. He is an international speaker and one of the UK’s leading experts on how to create a success mindset. His main talks include: “Be The Difference Today”, “Create Lasting Change” and “The 7 Key Steps to a Richer Life”. Rich is also a co-creator of “The Secret Business of Coaching” programme, which mentors coaches on how to create financially successful coaching businesses. Since attending a Tony Robbins’ “Unleash The Power Within” event in 2006, Rich has dedicated himself to helping others create change in their lives through the implementation of powerful mindset techniques and business strategies. He is an NLP Trainer and also a Senior Trainer for Robbins Research International. He is one of only two Senior Trainers in the UK. In 2015 Rich created a movement called “Be The Difference Today”. It focuses on individuals and teams being the difference through contribution and service. He works with businesses to transform their culture and profits using these principles.
