All too often, volunteer engagement is considered expendable – yet research points in a different direction. Join this virtual lunch ‘n learn to explore how organizations that position volunteer engagement as a strategy (as opposed to a program) are better positioned for success and sustainability. We will share data to help make that case and actions you can take at your organization and within your community to ensure volunteer engagement is part of your COVID-19 (and post COVID-19) strategy.
