Our Professional Development Workshop Series is made possible by the generous support of U.S. Bank:

We often build Total Reward (compensation, benefits and recognition) programs assuming we know what recipients need. This interactive workshop will offer perspectives, perhaps challenging, on traditional Total Reward structures and provide strategies for attracting, retaining and engaging employees at low or no cost.

This session is crucial for budget constrained nonprofits in an extremely competitive talent market. Our goal is for every participant to take away practical approaches that can be applied immediately. Let's think creatively and explore the possibilities!
