Did you know that 64% of Americans who leave jobs do so because they don’t feel appreciated*?  Engaged employees who have a strong relationship within the organization,  go the extra mile for customers and beneficiaries of services, they volunteer ideas, work hard, and recommend their organization as a good place to work.  And, rewarding staff can be done on a tight budget.  As a matter of fact, some of the best rewards you can offer are free!  Don’t miss this fun, informative and creative session on ways to reward staff on a tight budget.
