Deanna Heyn - CPS HR Consulting
With over 26 years of experience in human resources, including city, county and special district government administration, as well as twelve years serving on the Board of a non-profit organization in Colorado, Deanna brings a wealth of practical expertise and best practice innovation to her current HR Consulting role for CPS HR Consulting. With extensive experience helping organizations in the public, private and non-profit sectors to attract, reward and retain talent, she is able to develop creative and valuable solutions for clients that lead to improved organization performance. Deanna also has a proven track record for establishing and cultivating positive and effective working relationships with and between management, employees, vendors, government agencies and community partners, with a focus on keeping staff and volunteers highly engaged and energized as they serve out the mission of the organizations and communities they serve. Deanna has her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and has her Senior Professional in Human Resources Certificate (SPHR) from the Society for Human Resource Management. Additionally, she is also highly skilled in mentoring, facilitating and providing training, support and guidance to employees at all levels of the organization on a vast array of Human Resources, supervisory and leadership topics.
