Tiffany K. Knight, CPA
Tiffany Knight is a director and shareholder at Kundinger, Corder & Montoya, P.C. (KCM), a Denver firm which provides audit and tax services exclusively to nonprofit organizations. Ms.Knight joined KCM in January 2006 after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Metro State College of Denver. Ms. Knight is a currently involved in the audit and tax work for a number of nonprofit organizations at KCM and also oversees the Single Audit practice at the firm.
Ms. Knight is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). Ms. Knight is heavily involved at the COCPA and currently serves on the Member Connections Committee, Nonprofit Working Group, and is a member of the board of directors for the Educational Foundation of the COCPA. Ms. Knight is also a member of the board of directors and Finance Committee for Earthlinks, Inc. She enjoys attending Denver Broncos games, concerts, traveling, hiking, swimming, and being outdoors. Tiffany is a Colorado native and loves calling Colorado home.
Nathan Oberle, CPA
Nathan is a CPA specializing in nonprofit financial reporting and compliance. He is currently the Director of Fiscal Services at Hilltop Community Resources. Prior to that, he worked in public-sector audit for a top-10 national accounting firm, as well as provided audit and tax services at a boutique firm in Denver, working with some of the biggest private foundations and public charities in the state. He has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from CU Boulder and an MBA – Finance from Missouri State University.
Sarah Flischel, CPA, is a Senior Manager at GHJ, a national firm, which has more than 40 years
experience providing services to more than 120 nonprofit clients. Sarah has dedicated her entire career
to providing audits to nonprofits. In addition, Sarah is a Single Audit expert and spends half her time at
GHJ on process improvement for the audit department.
Sarah is a member of the American Institute of Public Accountants (AICPA) and the Colorado Society of
Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). Sarah is a member of the AICPA Leadership Academy’s 2019
graduating class. Sarah was selected based on her exceptional leadership skills and professional
experience for the four-day Leadership Academy program. The Leadership Academy features career-
development workshops and sessions with some of the accounting profession’s most prominent
influencers, including Bill Reeb, CPA, CITP, CGMA, 2019 chairman of the AICPA, and Barry Melancon,
CPA, CGMA, AICPA president and CEO. Sarah is a current member of the COCPA Nonprofit Working
Group Committee and the Emerging Professionals Initiative Committee.
Sarah graduated from the University of Central Florida where she received a Bachelor of Science degree
in Business Administration, Accounting. In her free time, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family,
skiing, travelling, reading, crafting, and watching sports. Sarah loves to learn and share her knowledge
and connections with her network.
