About the speaker:

Dallas Blaney is the Energy and Climate Federal Funds Officer in the Colorado Governor's Office. In this role, Dallas helps non-state organizations draw down federal funds to advance the climate action goals. Previously, Dallas served in executive leadership positions for local, regional, and national nonprofit organizations.
