2025 Winter Nonprofit Legal Audit Clinic

The Nonprofit Legal Audit Clinic is here to support your nonprofit by addressing specific legal questions and providing a big-picture overview of your organization’s legal health.

Before the Clinic, you'll receive a preparation guide to help assess your legal health. This will be followed by a mandatory meeting with a paralegal, who will help further assess your needs and match you with the right volunteer attorney team.

Volunteer lawyers may assist in a variety of topics including: Advocacy and lobbying, Contracts, Corporate Formation & Governance, Data Privacy/security, Finance, Healthcare , Intellectual property, Labor& Employment, Nonprofit Compliance, Real Estate, Risk Management, Social Enterprise & Nonprofit Events, Transactions
