Tiffany Knight, CPA
Tiffany Knight is a director and shareholder at Kundinger, Corder & Montoya, P.C. (KCM), a Denver firm which provides audit and tax services exclusively to nonprofit organizations. Ms. Knight joined KCM in January 2006 after receiving her Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Metro State College of Denver. Ms. Knight is a currently involved in the audit and tax work for a number of nonprofit organizations at KCM and also oversees the Single Audit practice at the firm.
Ms. Knight is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Colorado Society of Certified Public Accountants (COCPA). Ms. Knight is heavily involved at the COCPA and currently serves on the Member Connections Committee and Nonprofit Working Group. Ms. Knight was also previously the Vice President and member of the board of directors for the Educational Foundation of the COCPA, and Audit Committee Chair for the COCPA. She was also selected for and completed the COCPA LeadFit class, a leadership program designed specifically for CPAs. Ms. Knight is also a prior member of the board of directors and Finance Committee for Earthlinks, Inc. She enjoys attending Denver Broncos games, concerts, traveling, hiking, swimming, and being outdoors. Tiffany is a Colorado native and loves calling Colorado home.
Nathan Oberle, CPA
Nathan is a CPA specializing in nonprofit accounting, finance and compliance. He is a member of the Colorado Society of CPAs (COCPA), and serves on the Nonprofit Working Group. He is currently an Associate with Your Part Time Controller, providing CFO and Controller services to nonprofits across the country. Prior to that, he worked as finance director for a large health and human services nonprofit and in public-sector audit for a top-10 national accounting firm, as well as provided audit and tax services at a boutique firm in Denver, working with some of the biggest private foundations and public charities in the state. He has a bachelor’s degree in Anthropology from CU Boulder and an MBA – Finance from Missouri State University.
Patrick Lewis, CPA
Patrick Lewis is an Audit & Assurance Senior Manager at Clark Nuber P.S. based in Bellevue, Washington. He has 12 years of experience in public accounting and focuses on serving clients in the not-for-profit sector across a variety of industries. He has experience performing audits, reviews, and compilation services, internal controls testing and compliance audits of federally funded programs. He enjoys working with a variety of tax exempt organizations with a focus on social services, affordable housing, and life sciences. Patrick resides in Erie, Colorado.
