AI Power Play: Policy, Productivity & Practice

AI is everywhere and changing daily. In this session we will address two critical needs  First, we will provide a roadmap for developing your organization's AI policies and capacity. This will help you take the next step (no matter where your organization is in adopting AI tools) to help your team  leverage AI resources appropriately.  Secondly, we will update participants on tools that busy leaders can use to become more efficient. AI holds great promise for reducing the amount of time you spend on transactional tasks so you can focus on the strategic, mission-driven work only leaders can provide.

Learning Outcomes:

1. Attendees will be able to review or develop an AI policy that meets the needs of their organization

2. Attendees will learn about specific AI tools that help improve leadership and operational efficiency

3. Attendees will share information and examples about how AI is helping leaders.
