Strategic Resilience Bootcamp
Hosted by Colorado Nonprofit Association in partnership with Community Foundation Boulder County
In times of uncertainty, resilience isn’t just a survival skill—it’s a strategic advantage. This one-day bootcamp is designed to equip nonprofit leaders with both the inner resilience and the practical strategies needed to navigate today’s uncertainty. Together, we’ll explore how conscious leadership and innovative funding approaches can help organizations move beyond short-term fixes and create lasting systems change.
Lead the Shift: A Leadership Evolution Lab with Renelle Darr
In today’s rapidly shifting world, nonprofit leaders are facing more complexity, pressure, and paradox than ever before. Old leadership models built on control, reactivity, and quick fixes no longer serve. What’s needed now is a deeper, more adaptive approach — one that starts from within.
This 4-hour interactive training offers nonprofit professionals a powerful introduction to vertical leadership development and The Leadership Circle framework — tools that support leaders in navigating change with clarity, grounded presence, and purpose. Through real-time exercises, group conversation, and guided reflection, participants will explore what it means to evolve as a leader in the face of tension, uncertainty, and change.
At the heart of this session is the belief that inner evolution is the foundation for lasting external impact. When leaders grow in self-awareness, emotional presence, and perspective, they become more capable of guiding systemic and cultural change — within their teams, their organizations, and the communities they serve. This lab builds the bridge between personal development and collective transformation, offering a path forward for leaders ready to meet this moment with both courage and humility.
Securing Your Funding Future with Charlyn Moss
