Renee brings over 20 years of people operations and leadership experience to her work as a People Operations Consultant with Reverb and as a Leadership Coach. Throughout her career, she has partnered with organizations to build strong teams through strategic leadership development, leadership training, and creating inclusive workplace cultures. Her expertise spans erformance management, employee engagement, inclusion initiatives, and career development, with a particular passion for supporting organizations during critical growth phases.
Based in Denver, Renee is excited to support Colorado's nonprofit sector by sharing practical, real-world approaches to strengthening organizational capacity. As a virtual training facilitator, she brings an engaging style grounded in tangible examples and actionable strategies that leaders can implement immediately. Having volunteered in the nonprofit space for several years and recently launched her own consulting practice, she understands both the unique challenges mission-driven organizations face and the resourcefulness required to create meaningful impact. Her goal is to empower nonprofit leaders across Colorado with the tools and confidence to build thriving, inclusive teams that advance their missions.
