How long does it take for a position to be approved by the Colorado Nonprofit Association?

In general, job postings are approved within 24 hours of submission. However, please allow for some flexibility around weekends and holidays. If you have any questions about when your job post will be approved please contact jdasilva@coloradononprofits.org.

How do I renew an expired job post / Can I extend a job post?

Job posts will remain on the Job Board for 5 weeks. If you would like to renew an expired job post, log in to your account and navigate to the “Manage Jobs” button on the dashboard page. You should be able to see all published, pending, and expired job posts here. Click on the renew button next to the expired job post and go through the renewal steps. Please note that when you renew a post, you will not be able to update the information before renewing. If you would like things changed, please make the necessary edits after the renewal has been approved.

To extend before expiration, members should reach out to jdasilva@coloradononprofits.org for assistance. Please be aware that if you extend your job post, it will be pulled from your 50 free job posts. If you are a non-member, you will have to wait until the job posts expires and renew instead, in order to ensure payment is added.

How do I edit a job post?

To edit a job post, log in to your account and navigate to the “Manage Jobs” button on the dashboard page. To the right of the job post you want to update, click the edit button and make the necessary changes. Once submitted, it will be sent back to the Colorado Nonprofit Association team as a draft for reapproval. While in draft mode, the job post will be temporarily removed from the job board and you may receive a “Page Not Found” message. Please also allow a 1 hour lag time between when the job post is reapproved and when it is properly reflected back on the Job Board.

If you are still having issues with edits updating, please reach out to jdasilva@coloradononprofits.org for assistance.

How do I remove a job post?

Job posts will remain on the Job Board for 5 weeks, unless removed by the poster themselves. You may also reach out to jdasilva@coloradononprofits.org for help on removing a job post early. If you have paid a fee for the post but opt to remove it before the 5 weeks are up, you will not be refunded.

Why is my job post no longer available, ie. “Page Not Found?”

The most likely reason for experiencing a “Page Not Found” message on your job post is that the system is updating. Whenever edits are made, a job post is temporarily removed from the job board and sent back to the Colorado Nonprofit Association team for reapproval. Because it is in draft mode, a “Page Not Found” message might occur. Additionally, once approved, there is around a 1 hour lag time between approval and when the updates are properly reflected on the Job Board. During this time period, you may also experience a page not found message. This lag time is also true when approving new job posts.

However, if this goes on for longer, please contact jdasilva@coloradononprofits.org.

Can I upgrade my job post to boosted or premium after it has been approved?

Yes, to upgrade a published job post to boosted or premium log in to your account and navigate to the “Manage Jobs” button on the dashboard page. To the right of the job post you want to upgrade, click the edit button. Scroll down to the bottom of the form and pick boosted or premium under the payment information section. Add your payment information and hit submit. Once submitted, it will be sent back to the Colorado Nonprofit Association for reapproval.

Where can I locate my job board receipt?
