Effective Nonprofit Boards

An effective board of directors is essential to the success of a nonprofit organization. In this session we will define the key functions of a nonprofit board, show how to build a board with the right mix of skills and experience, and define how the board integrates with each stage of the nonprofit lifecycle.

Storytelling for Equitable & Inclusive Organizations

Stories are how we create meaning and seek understanding. The story you are telling shapes not only your growth and outreach strategies but also your internal culture. Learn how to develop intentional and consistent stories that advance equity and inclusion and center your priority audiences.

Funders Panel / Lunch

Join us for lunch while hearing from a panel of both state and local funders to gain perspective on best practices when it comes to applying for and keeping funding. This facilitated conversation will be an interactive experience between audience members and panelists.
