Aidly's founder, Lexi Nickens, has over five years of experience in IT support and leadership within the nonprofit industry. Lexi has earned several Microsoft certifications, including Certified Teams Administrator and Certified Power BI Data Analyst. In addition to a great deal of experience with Office 365, she has worked extensively with a wide array of other collaboration, project management, and financial tools. This includes G-Suite, Smartsheet, Fluxx, Sage Intacct, and more.
