<p>We all know that program evaluation is important. We also know that you can’t do it in a vacuum. If you don’t engage stakeholders, the quality of your work will be lower. Nor will you get the attention you deserve for all your hard work. You’ll also lose the opportunity to receive support for your program. Unfortunately, many people who work in nonprofits either forget to involve stakeholders, or don’t know how. Or they have the sneaking sense that they should, but neglect making it a top priority, and that eventually bites them in the you-know-what. This hands-on interactive session will help you identify your stakeholders, think in new and different ways of involving them in the steps of evaluation, and brainstorm hiccups and obstacles (and how to get over or around them). &nbsp; Participants will come away with motivation, knowledge and tools for involving stakeholders which will make their evaluation path smoother and attract more support for their programs.</p>
