Social Media Giveaway – Southwest Airlines Flights Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: 1.1 The Southwest Airlines Flights Social Media Giveaway (“Giveaway”)
   is open to legal residents of the United States who are at least 18 years old at the time
   of entry.
2. Sponsor: 2.1 The Giveaway is sponsored by the Colorado Nonprofit Association
   (“Sponsor”) and is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by Southwest
   Airlines.
3. Agreement to Official Rules: 3.1 Participation in the Giveaway constitutes entrant’s
   full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor’s decisions, which
   are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period: 4.1 The Giveaway begins on December 1 and ends on December
   12 at Midnight (“Giveaway Period”). All times are in Mountain Time.
5. How to Enter: 5.1 To enter the Giveaway, participants must: a. a nonprofit employee
   in Colorado and b. submit the Google form and agree to subscribe to our newsletter 5.2
   Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries will be disqualified.
6. Prize: 6.1 Two (2) Grand Prizes will be awarded. The Grand Prizes consists of one
   (1) round-trip Southwest Airlines ticket to a destination of the winner’s choice within the
   continental United States awarded to two (2) winners”  6.2 Prize is non-transferable and
   non-exchangeable. Tickets must be redeemed by April 15, 2024. No substitution of
   prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for cash equivalent is
   permitted.
7. Winner Selection: 7.1 The winners will be selected in a random drawing from all
   eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The drawing will be conducted by
   the Colorado Nonprofit Association. 7.2 The winner will be notified via email within 3
   days of the drawing. The winner must respond within 3 days to claim the prize. If the
   winner does not respond within the specified time, an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Publicity: 8.1 By participating in the Giveaway, participants agree to allow the
   Colorado Nonprofit Association to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional
   purposes without further payment or compensation.
9. General Conditions: 9.1 Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify
   the Giveaway if any fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s
   reasonable control impairs the integrity of the Giveaway. 9.2 By entering, participants
   release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors,
   employees, and agents from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of
   any kind arising from or in connection with the Giveaway.
10. Governing Law: 10.1 The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the state of
    Colorado, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
11. Privacy: 11.1 Information collected from participants is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy
    Policy.
12. Social Media Platforms: 15.1 This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or
    administered by, or associated with, any social media platform on which it is promoted
    or advertised.
