The Program Coordinator is a mid-level professional whose primary responsibility is to ensure that the Fill the Void program is run efficiently and strategies are effectively implemented. The Program Coordinator will communicate, data collect, provide constituent follow-up, and assist the Lead Coordinator in charge of Fill the Void to ensure the ultimate success. As it pertains to external communication, this position requires bilingual ability to consult with potential Fill the Void constituents. This position works closely with the entire team to sustain a high level of quality and impact as an organization

  • Assist the Fill the Void Lead Coordinator with the success and implementation of the Fill the Void program
  • Maintain data collection and provide reports for key collaborations
  • Create information and materials as they pertain to the Fill the Void program
  • Assist with the distribution of grocery gift cards
  • Field Fill the Void constituent cold calls
  • Provide constituent follow up on a weekly and 30 day basis
  • Implementing and managing program timelines and schedules
  • General administrative office tasks
  • Assist team with various aspects of event coordination and management
  • Occasional lifting required
  • At least three years of nonprofit work experience
  • Bilingual – English/Spanish
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn the non-profit landscape in Colorado, especially as it relates to the specific needs and goals of Amp the Cause beneficiaries
  • Ability to think ahead, strategize and anticipate constituent needs
  • Demonstrated empathy and client management experience
  • Extremely high attention to detail

Salary ranges between $40,000-$55,000 annually, and is negotiable.
