Poetry Heals mentors, Molly Wingate and Sara Gallagher, will lead you through a series of expressive writing exercises that will help you reframe, relax, and have some fun. You will learn how to boost your resilience with expressive writing. You will probably be better at your job, and you might think of some of the people you serve who might benefit. But mostly this is for you for 90 minutes to help you move to a better frame of mind.
