Description

The process of engaging and managing volunteers in our work can be challenging. Volunteers can be extremely valuable to an organizations mission and can greatly increase capacity of the work. However, in order for volunteers to be effective in supporting the mission of the organization- volunteers need to be nurtured, supported, and given proper feedback. In this workshop, we will explore how to engage volunteers more deeply in the work and when necessary, how to have those difficult conversations
