The Intersection of Processes, Data, and Technology
Join us for a dynamic 60-minute interactive training designed to help nonprofit professionals optimize the way their organizations use technology. Whether you’re looking to streamline workflows, strengthen data integrity, or make smarter decisions about your tech tools, this session will equip you with practical strategies you can apply right away.
Together, we’ll explore how to identify key organizational processes in need of improvement, evaluate the data flows that support them, and pinpoint potential break points where things may fail. From there, you’ll learn how to create an actionable plan for leveraging your existing technology systems more effectively—while also assessing when (and if) new tools are truly needed.
This session blends traditional presentation with hands-on demonstration. Participants will see real process-mapping examples using tools like Lucidchart and Excel, and the group will collaborate on a live walk-through of one participant’s submitted process challenge. Attendees will also receive ready-to-use templates to support continued learning and application after the training.
By the end of the session, you will leave with clear next steps, new tools, and a deeper understanding of how to review, strengthen, and optimize your organization’s processes, data flows, and supporting technology systems.
