The Energized Executive Director Reset Workshop
Description
When everything feels urgent, Executive Directors & Nonprofit CEOs lose the space
to think, decide, and lead at the executive level. The Energized ED Reset creates
intentional distance from day-to-day reactivity so leaders come together and assess
what is draining versus energizing their leadership, reframe burnout through a
culture and systems lens, and reconnect with the work only they are meant to do.
Key Outcomes (Participants Will Leave With):
Clear insight into the role and system dynamics draining their energy
Renewed clarity on where to focus executive time, decisions, and attention
A practical 90-day leadership focus to sustain momentum without burnout
