Unlearn to Lead: Building a Strategic Mindset That Sticks
Strategic thinking isn't reserved for boardrooms or annual planning retreats. It's a daily practice that every nonprofit leader can cultivate, regardless of role or tenure. Drawing on coaching principles and real-world nonprofit experience, this interactive workshop explores how EDs and emerging leaders alike can sharpen their strategic mindset, make better decisions in real time, and close the gap between big-picture vision and day-to-day action. We'll also examine what it takes to unlearn the reactive patterns that get in the way, and how centering diverse perspectives and lived experiences makes strategy stronger. Participants will leave with practical tools, a new lens on their own leadership, and language to bring strategic thinking back to their teams.
