David Kennedy is the Principal and CEO of Corona Insights, and has been a member of the Corona team for more than 20 years. A mastermind of organization and planning, David works to simplify messy research questions and then systematically answer them through clear thinking and attention to detail. David has worked in many areas of research, helping governments, nonprofits, and membership groups collect data and distill insights that lead to greater impact for their communities. Outside of Corona, David has served on several professional boards, including two terms with AD2 Denver, two terms with the Colorado American Marketing Association (AMA), and current service on the board of the Colorado Fourteeners Initiative (CFI).
Paul Collier is a Director at Corona Insights, and has over 12 years of experience helping nonprofits implement pragmatic strategies for measuring impact and making data-informed strategic decisions. In addition to leading work on CNA's Salaries and Benefits Survey in 2023 and 2025, Paul prides himself on being a strong facilitator and data translator, and has led numerous trainings for the Colorado Nonprofit Association, Nonprofit Learning Lab, and local universities. Outside of Corona, Paul serves on the board of Social Venture Partners Denver, and previously served as a lead convener for the Denver Data Storytellers network and on the Metro Caring Data and Evaluation Committee.
Mikaela Kiner is a founder, CEO, and leadership coach. Her company Reverb helps organizations create healthy, inclusive cultures through HR consulting and leadership development. Prior to Reverb, Mikaela held HR leadership roles at Northwest companies including Microsoft, Starbucks, and Amazon. She enjoys coaching leaders at all levels and working with mission-driven organizations. Mikaela likes to #workfromanywhere, especially Costa Rica. She is the author of Female Firebrands and The Reverb Way. Her young-adult children are good at challenging the status quo and are a constant source of learning and laughter.
