What is “Shopping Extravaganza”?
A day of shopping fun at Outlets at Castle Rock, including exclusive shopping discounts, catered lunch, entertainment, dessert bar, wine tasting and $80,000 in prize giveaways, all to benefit local Colorado charities!
How Do Organizations Participate? It’s Simple!
Sell $30 Shopping Extravaganza tickets. $20 of each ticket sold belongs to your organization! Sell 25 tickets, you get $500, guaranteed!
CHARITY PARTICIPATION INFO:
1. Non-profit 501c3 organizations are invited to apply for Shopping Extravaganza. Proof of non-profit status from the IRS is required.
2. Each organization is asked to commit to:
- Sell a minimum of 25 tickets for the September 14th event, online via an Eventbrite link.
- Provide 5 volunteers for 2 hour shifts the day of the event (each volunteer will receive a free ticket to Shopping Extravaganza).
- Volunteer Leaders must attend an informational meeting Monday, July 15th or Thursday, July 18th.
GOAL: Sell 75+ tickets & encourage attendance to receive a portion of the prize drawing ticket pot!

COST FOR PARTICIPANTS: $30 per ticket to the event which includes: exclusive one-day-only store discounts, over $80,000 in prize giveaways, catered lunch, dessert bar, wine tasting, and much more. Shopping Extravaganza attendees can purchase additional prize drawing tickets for $5 each at the event to enter to win additional prizes.
